About Big Paw Great Danes
I started my love of dogs when I was young, always taking home a stray, and mom didn’t like it. I ended up becoming a veterinary technician and I enjoyed working with the animals every day. I worked as a technician for 10 years and it never got old. I started breeding Cocker Spaniels and Dobermans. I got my first Great Dane (Harley) 7 years ago, and I fell in love immediately!! I started researching and learning the breed since. After 6 years of learning, I decided to start breeding and I put it all out for my fur babies, and I believe that my dedication to the breed shows in our litters.
Great Danes are dignified, powerful, smoothed-muscled dogs like no other breed. They are kind, gentle giants who make awesome family companions. |
We take pride in raising our Danes. We love each and every litter we have. Our Danes are raised with love from birth till they meet their new family The passion we have for this breed shows in every puppy we produce.
We have raised quality Danes for families for years. Striving for superior health, temperament, size, longevity, and conformation. Each one of our Gentle Giants go from our arms to yours, being raised inside our home, not in a kennel. This means that they have been loved and handled from the second they take their first breath. Each one is also extremely well socialized with children and other pets (big & small). When considering a Great Dane Puppy always remember there is nothing small about a Great Dane. From intelligence, elegance and affection to strength, temperament and spirit, Great Danes are super-sized. Also it is important to keep in mind that you will "reap what you sow" in your Dane. If you play aggressively with your Great Dane puppy and encourage him to bark often and eat from your plate — you may someday have a 180 lb dog who barks at and jumps on visitors and eats off of your kitchen counter or dining room table. Though it maybe cute now... it might not be later. When they leave our home each one is completely checked by our licensed Veterinarian. They go to their forever home with all proper paperwork including health record, shot record, AKC or CKC registration papers, and puppy pack which includes a small bag of food. Each one also comes with our exclusive 3 Year Health Guarantee.. Yes, that is right, 3 years! We are here for you with lifetime support and help - we're just a phone call away. |
